Chinese architecture is the most dynamic in the world. Eight young Chinese architects and their teams as well as a total of 24 architectural works completed after 2004 are presented in this exhibition. In line with its motto “Tradition and Innovation”, the exhibition “M8 in China – Contemporary Chinese Architects” under the umbrella of the Guest of Honor China at the 2009 International Book Fair attempts to highlight new trends and emerging voices in Chinese architecture today.
